I added a forms button and the camps and clinics button. A few others are not making sense.
Poll - Once turned on, this appears in your right sidebar. You do not need a button for it.
Forms Online - This is for parent surveys, players surveys, and coach evaluations. Any of those forms you wish to use must be customized before use. Have you done that? Once you have set up your questions, I can add a button.
Photo Banner - This is not a page and therefore does not use a button. Instead, it is a feature that gets put into your website. I see you have two photos in pane 1. Therefore, I can put pane 1 into your design.
Registration Online - This feature must be customized first. Have we sent you the questionnaire? Also, we have never had a high school program use this feature. Do you intend to have high school players register for the team and pay online? That's what this feature is used for.
Sponsors - That button has alreade been on your site.
Upload File - This isn't something you want a button for. It is simply a feature that allows you to log in and upload files from the Site Maintenance Area. By default this feature is always turned on in our sites.
